Managing users.
View and manage account user's roles (what they have access to) by going to Account settings > Team.
Before you can upgrade someone to an admin, they'll need to verify their identity.
To upgrade editors to admins, go to Account settings > Team. From there, you can easily change their user role to grant them more access.
To downgrade admins to editors, go to Account settings > Team. From there, you can easily change their user role to grant them less access. If the user has a TruePay Debit Card or TAP Contactless Card, please contact us to cancel their card.
To remove someone's access to your account, go to Account settings > Team. Select the user and remove them from your account. They will lose access immediately.
