Where can I upload my business documents?

Uploading verification documents.

To upload new business documents, log in at TruePay and go to Profile (top right) > My business. Choose the business whose address you wish to change, then under Has your company information changed? click Add.

Please note

After uploading new business documents, we'll need to verify them to keep your account running smoothly. This usually takes a few days – no action is required on your part.
