How do I change my email address & phone number?

Owner only - To change your email address or phone number, log in at TruePay and go to Profile (top right) > My Business. Then under Email or Phone number click Edit. You can add a new email address or phone number here.

After verifying your new email address, you can return to this page to set it as your primary email.

Note on changing your phone number

When you change your phone number, you’ll need to re-verify your identity to keep your account secure.
