How do I change my account owner?

Changing your account owner.

To change your account owner, follow these steps:

  1. If your future ‘owner' isn't already added to your account, invite them as new user
    • Remember, new users need to verify before they can switch from an editor role and get more account access
  2. Next, your current owner must upload a new registry extract (no older than 6 months) and a Power of Attorney document (if applicable). To do this, log in at TruePay and go to Profile (top right) > My business. Under Has your business information changed? click Add. Then submit your documents to change creators.
