Does TruePay charge fees?
Knowing the fees we charge.
Money Pool is free to use, we do not take a percentage of the money you collect. However, we do charge a fee of up to 3.9% + 10p for contributions made into the pool. This fee is charged to the contributor during the payment process via. credit/debit cards or via bank transfer.
Our fee's depend on the method of payment. Payments made by TruePay Balance and bank transfer are often the cheapest payment methods.
