Why is my payment still processing?

Airtime payment still processing, pending or in progress.

Although transactions are instant and payment is taken immediately it can take a few minutes for the top-up to be processed.

Don't worry, as soon as it has been processed we will send an update to your email address (if you have registered your account with an email) or an SMS (if you have registered your account with a phone number).

If the final status of your transaction is failed, the money will be automatically refunded.
