To change your email and push notification preferences, log in at TruePay and go to Profile (top right) > Personal settings. Scroll down to Email settings and Mobile notifications to change your settings.

To change your email and push notification settings in-app, go to Profile (top right) and scroll to Notification settings to make your changes.

You can enable and disable push notifications in your phone settings, too. If you have push notifications switched on in-app but aren't getting any notifications, make sure notifications are enabled in your phone's settings. TruePay works best with push notifications switched on.
